- Period of Rental:
The period of rental is a minimum of 1 week (from saturday to saturday) and a maximum of 4 weeks.
4-day, long weekends may be available on request.
- Conditions:
Arrival time: between 16.00 ( 4 p.m.) and 19.00 (7 p.m.) on saturday
Departure time: by 10.00 (10 a.m.) of the following saturday
Deposit: € 200 (two hundred) to be paid on booking.
This will be given back at the moment of departure time only if the appartment will not have damages or for extra-services not agreed before.
- Services:
Weekly change of bed linen, kitchen utensils and accessories.
Electricity, water and kitchen gas.
Maintenance of garden areas.
- Services not included:
Extra cleaning charges – € 15 for hour
Heating: € 1 per cubic metre;
Accessories in each apartment:
Washing machine, TV Satellite, washing machine.
-Outside Areas:
Guests may use the tables and chairs in the park and sunbeds in the solarium area and relax immersed in the beauty and the peace of the park surrounded by centuries-old trees.
